WE PLAN: To educate and mentor. To use formal instruction, the arts, and community service as educational tools. To formally engage young people in discussions pertaining to rights and laws; demonstrating how they apply to them and why they are important to know and adhere. To improve and enhance the connections between young people and authority; exemplifying the importance of being able to communicate properly and effectively, and having respect and self-discipline. To help foster wisdom, leadership, and values in young people so they each may become a personal success to themselves, in their communities, and abroad. To enable young people to become financially literate, to be able to prioritize creatively and reasonably, to embark upon and maintain career readiness, and help them plan for the short- and long-term.
